This short note extends the Eight-League Framework, previously applied to entire think-tanks, to individual working programmes within think-tanks. It introduces a novel method of categorizing the research output of think-tank divisions, offering a nuanced approach to evaluating their activities. By treating working programmes as distinct entities, this note provides a practical tool for assessing the volume and regularity of their publications, making it easier to classify them into different league levels.
